  • Gluten free flour can produce a gummy-like texture when over baked.

  • Our Banana Bread Mixes make approximately 15 muffins— cook them at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

  • We recommend waiting until your bananas are ripe— the riper the banana, the sweeter the bread!

  • The breads are even better with chocolate chips or chopped nuts. We recommend you just bake the bread an extra 5-10 minutes.

  • We recommend waiting 1-2 hours post baking to slice into the loaf. And it is even better the next day… if you can wait that long :)

  • Oven temperatures vary! You may need to cook your loaf longer or less, just make sure not to over bake!
